Inclusive Communities is building courageous people by equipping individuals with the tools to challenge bias, resolve conflicts, and lead with empathy. As IncluCity enters its 25th year, this transformative program continues to empower youth to embrace cultural richness, build lasting cross- cultural relationships, and become advocates for change. Through programs like IncluCity, we inspire participants to confront inequity and take bold steps toward a more inclusive future.

Our Mission

Supporting Local Non Profits has been at the heart of Zen's mission since our very beginnings in 2017. Each quarter, Zen selects Schools, Local Non-Profit organizations and area events to support by donating a portion of our Profits to their missions.

Abby, Ryan and Team connect with various student groups in the Metro Area per semester to host events, projects, earn class credits and participate in service work. We lead trainings for future entrepreneurs and Barista courses with other shops in our city.
